BASOTECT® UF+ provides the same properties as the previous BASOTECT® UF grade, high elasticity, low thermal conductivity, extremely low density, 7 kg/m³, excellent flame retardant properties and good acoustic absorption. The high flexibility enables individual solutions to fit into very small gaps as well as for highly curved surfaces.
The product reaches the highest possible safety level for fire protection in the transportation sector (HL3 according to EN 45545-2) and can thus be employed in a variety of railway and rail vehicle categories, for sound absorption and thermal insulation.
