Tecno-Spuma<\/strong> has been developing innovative solutions in the field of thermal and acoustic insulation in the railway sector<\/strong> for years. We needed to integrate a competitive closed cell product that would allow us to complete our proposal in a global manner. With this Integration, we managed to position ourselves as a leading company in developing and in the range proposed for the sector.<\/p>\n

From basic thermal insulators to hyper-insulators, from acoustic absorbers to high-density insulators, watertight or anti-vibration joints and combinations of all types which, in strict compliance with the EN-45545 standard, can meet the current and future requirements of the sector.<\/p>\n

Having made significant progress in the hydrophobic treatments of polyester fibers (Tecnosil), as well as the full range of melamine resins (Basotect), we lacked to have a full range of closed cell based on polyethylene foam, but not it could be any foam. Thermobreak\u00ae RT<\/strong>, Thermobreak\u00ae RT Drain<\/strong> o Thermobreak\u00ae AcoustiPlus<\/strong>, will be the spearheads of thermal insulators, drainage materials or acoustic insulators, absolutely watertight and of course certified EN-45545. Not only will it allow the natural ease of polyethylene for cutting, but in this range we will have products of maximum flexibility and adaptability (soft) for all the necessary assembly curvatures.<\/p>\n

Over the next few months we will be able to show you their excellent performance, but without doubt at the next edition of Innotrans-2021, where we will be present, we will be able to show you even more of our advances.<\/p>\n

Sekisui Foam International<\/strong> has relied on Tecno-Spuma<\/strong> for expansion in the European market. The signing of this contract and the quality of the product will allow us to consolidate our position in the Spanish, Portuguese and French markets in an even more relevant way.<\/p>\n
