Dear collaborators,<\/p>\n

We are contacting you to inform you that last October there has been a relevant event for the growth in our Industrial group. Tecno Spuma<\/strong> has acquired 100% of the shares of the French company<\/strong> TDA (Technique Design Acoustic)<\/a><\/strong>, with a factory in Lumbin-Grenoble- and a logistics centre in Tremblay-Region Parisienne.<\/p>\n

This purchase represents a commitment to the future and joins our Tecno Spuma<\/strong> factories (TS-1 and TS-2 in Massanet de la Selva-Girona and Pinotech<\/strong> in Borges Blanques-Lleida). The operation is of great interest due to the great specialization and design in the field of acoustics in the construction sector, an activity that we have already been carrying out in our Sontect\u00ae<\/a> division, but which we will work on with the aim of obtaining joint synergies.<\/p>\n

All the companies in the group have had, have and will continue to operate autonomously, but the contribution in the technical and technological field allows us to make our market proposal increasingly complete and competitive.<\/p>\n

Our challenge is to transmit our DNA, mainstreaming our mission, vision and values and learn and share from all the people and companies that are integrated into our corporation.<\/p>\n
